Tamara Starr has been teaching kindergarten at Zarkor for the last four years. She made Aliyah in 2016 with her family from Silver Spring Maryland USA. She received her Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Stern college in New York and has over 22 years of active teaching experience. Tamara is excited to meet and help teach many of the valuable academic and language skills that will benefit the children for the rest of their lives. In addition, She is working to instill empathy, kindness and respect as core values to help guide them at this crucial young age
